Historical records include estimated intake and explicitly missing values. Do not mark an OPEN day FINAL without confirmed burn and food. Changes are saved to your private Firebase account and synchronized across devices.
Data and backups
Export your private data periodically. For the first setup, import the separate private initial-import JSON file after signing in. Never upload that JSON file to Cloudflare.
This public website file contains no personal health history. Your data is protected by Firebase Authentication and Firestore rules. Keep exported JSON backups private.
